What we collect. Order and account information (name, shipping address, email, phone), payment information (processed by our payment providers — we never store full card numbers), device and usage data (cookies, analytics), and email marketing preferences.

How we use it. To process and deliver orders, provide support, send transactional emails, send batch and restock notifications you opted into, prevent fraud, and improve the store.

Marketing emails. Only with your consent (newsletter signup). Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (order confirmations, tracking) are always sent.

Sharing. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the store: Shopify (platform), payment processors, our fulfillment center (name and shipping address only), and shipping carriers. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics. Used for cart functionality, session management, and aggregate analytics. Browser settings can limit cookies; the cart requires them.

Retention. Order records are retained as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations.

Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support. California and other US state residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, with no discrimination for exercising them.
