Terms of Service

1. Research use only. All products sold by Revoryn Labs are intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified individuals. Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical or veterinary advice.

2. Buyer representations. By placing an order, you represent that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are a researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a research organization; (c) products will be handled only by individuals qualified in laboratory procedures; and (d) your intended use complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

3. Right to refuse. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we believe products may be intended for other than legitimate research use.

4. Product information. Specifications are published from supplier documentation and third-party testing. Certificates of analysis are published per lot in our COA ledger; lots awaiting certification are labeled pending. We make no representations beyond the published documentation.

5. Pricing and availability. Prices and availability may change without notice. Volume discounts are applied automatically in cart per the published thresholds.

6. Shipping and returns. Governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7. Warranties and limitation of liability. Products are provided as-is for research purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revoryn Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Buyers are solely responsible for any use of products contrary to their labeled research purpose.

8. Intellectual property. Site content, branding, and product renders are the property of Revoryn Labs.

9. Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes. We may update these terms; the version posted at purchase time governs that order.
